Check-in Process

Upon arrival, each guest will receive a key with a locker number to securely store personal belongings. Complimentary robes or uniforms and towels are provided for your comfort.

Locker Room

Use your personal key to access your locker and safely store your clothes and belongings. Please note that Spa Light is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Bathhouse

Our gender-separated Bathhouse has a range of amenities, including:

Steam Sauna, Hot Tub, Vitality Pool, Cold Plunge, Sitting and Standing Showers.

Prior to using any of the tubs or pools, all guests are required to take a shower. To maintain a tranquil environment, please refrain from using phones inside the bathhouse and keep conversations at a low volume.

C0-ed Saunas

Explore our Co-ed Sauna area, featuring a selection of sauna experiences, including:

Dry Charcoal Sauna, Jade Sauna, Himalayan Salt Sauna, and Cold Sauna.

Heated Bed Lounge

Discover relaxation and rejuvenation in our Heated Bed Lounge, conveniently located near the co-ed Dry Sauna area.

Repeat and Add

After enjoying all these amenities, repeat any of your favorite parts about the spa and/or sauna as there's no time limit to the day pass. To elevate your spa journey, some optional add-ons are: (not included with the day pass)

Massage Treatments, Facial Treatments, Korean Body Exfoliation, Hana Dining and Drinks

Before leaving the spa, please make sure to fully shower and use our imported shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion to feel new and refreshed.

Rules & Policies

No Phones Inside the Korean Bathhouse

To create a serene and distraction-free environment in our Korean Bathhouse, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone while in this area. Disconnect and embrace the peace of our facilities.

No Alcohol or Drug Consumption

For the Safety and well-being of all our guests, alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited on our premises. We prioritize your health and the tranquility of our Spa experience.

No Shoes or Slippers

To ensure the cleanliness of our facilities, we no longer accept indoor/outdoor shoes inside the Spa. Please use the designated lockers to store your footwear securely.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere within our Spa.

Respect for Others

At Spa Light, we encourage a culture of respect and courtesy. Please treat  all other guests and our dedicated staff with kindness and consideration.

Maintain Quietness

We value the relaxation and comfort of all our guests. Please be mindful of your noise level throughout the Spa, especially in shared spaces. Speaking quietly or in hushed tones is greatly appreciated by fellow patrons seeking serenity.

No Sharp or Dangerous Weapons

To ensure the safety of all guests and staff, we strictly prohibit the possession of any sharp or dangerous weapons on our premises. Your security is our top priority.

No Outside Food and Drinks

To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly request that you do not bring outside food or beverages onto the premises. We offer a variety of refreshments for your convenience.

Dress Code

While bathing suits are optional in the bathhouse and locker area, we kindly ask that all guests wear Spa Light attire outside of these areas. This helps maintain cleanliness and comfort for everyone.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Any guest found engaging in such behavior will be politely asked to leave the premises to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.


FAQ

  • Daily Passes and Admission are sold on a first come first serve basis at the front desk. As long as we are not at our comfort capacity, we will be allowing guests in. If we are at capacity, we will be allowing guests in as others leave the spa. If you are concerned that we are at capacity on our busiest days please call us at 401-305-6400

  • Guests are invited to bring a swimsuit to wear inside the shower areas. Upon entry guests will be given a Spa Light robe to wear in all dry saunas, dining, and relaxation lounges. Towels will also be provided to guests.

  • There is no readmission once the customer leaves Spa Light premises.

  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

  • If you lost an item, please check with the Front Desk. Please note: Spa Light is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property while on premises (including but not limited to: shoes & keys).

    If you wish to leave your valuables at the front desk, please see reception.

  • Please keep your locker key with you at all times. If you have lost your locker key, please see the front desk. If we cannot find the locker key, please note there is a $20 replacement fee.

  • Children under 14 are not permitted on the premises. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside Spa Light.
