Important Information Before Booking

Booking Multiple Treatments:

1. Multiple treatments must be booked one at a time.

2. Ensure you choose the correct date and time for each booking to avoid any scheduling mistakes.

3. Please make sure all personal information is correct to smooth out the check-in process.

4. All payments will be done at the check-out on the day of your visit.

Special Requests:

• If you have any special requests (such as a female or male therapist or a specific therapist), please call Spa Light at 401-305-6400 to make the reservation.

Rules and Policies

1. Reservation Deposit:

   • All appointments require a credit card to secure the reservation.

   • The credit card will be saved and charged $50 only in cases of no-show or last-minute cancellation.

2. No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

   • If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel last minute, the $50 charge will be applied to your saved credit card.

   • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 401-305-6400 at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.

3. Arrival Time:

   • Please arrive 45 minutes before your reservation to complete check-in.

   • Arriving late may result in either a shortened service time or cancellation, which will be considered a no-show and result in the $50 charge.
